Island Tour

The cruise can always be extended with a nice stop to relax or picnic in a quiet out of the way spot and Cliff Island has a great old fashioned country store with delicious food including lobster rolls and ice cream and Chebeague Island has a wonderful place to get a sandwich and some souvenirs. Then we head south passing between Little Whaleboat and Whaleboat Islands on our way to Goose Nest Ledge, next to Bangs Island (where the famous mussels are grown). This is another location where many seals can usually be found. We then head back across the sound to the dock. This tour is best done at around low tide.
